    I can NOT go a day without coffee but I don't get it at a grocery store so it never goes on my list.
    There's fresh free coffee at work, or I use my keurig, but I get the kcups at amazon and have enough for months at a time. The splenda packets I snag from work to have some to use on my day off. I can drink it black with splenda.

    go grocery shopping-so many of my favorites are now in
    season so the prices will be lower than usual.

    My list and a poem:

    Autumn Delights

    butternut squash <3<3<3 Golden and creamy, so yummy, I love it!
    fennel <3<3 What smells so sweet in a clever disguise?
    carrots <3 Munch them for stress, they're good for your eyes
    brussel sprouts: Okay they look funny but try to rise above it.
    pears: Folk wisdom says they're good for a cold
    persimmons: And these little gems hang like lanterns of gold.
    bell peppers: Colorful canteens packing vitamin C in its water.
    apples: One a day, but in thousands of ways!
    onions: Who can cook without wiping a tear away?
    cashews: So tasty they are, I eat more than I ought, er . . .
