think of it this way: you could eat something wayyy more nutritious and filling for less calories. 4 mcnuggets= 190cal. and that's not even close to filling. i can put away 20 of those easy. anytime i get a craving for frozen food or junk food, i think about what i can eat instead that would have more quantity with the same amount of calories. that usually quashes the craving for me and i end up eating healthier stuff.

You don't need them. They are the reason why you sought out this website. Tough love sugar, I mean no harm.

Sounds like your body is telling you either a) you need some protein, b) you need to replenish your electrolytes, or c) you want a mcnugget.

So drink a sports drink. Still want the nugget? Have some lean chicken or fish. Still want the nugget? Get a chicken nugget happy meal, eat it, and applaud yourself for enjoying a treat in moderation after making sure you weren't confused about what you wanted.

Eat a McNugget. Key word being "A" McNugget. One. Uno. Eins. 1. One McNugget has 48 calories. Surely 48 calories won't kill ya :)
  • McNugget's aren't even real chicken. Do you actually know what they're made of? Maybe it you did, your craving would instantly die. I hate anything that is made in that nasty place called McNasty's.

I'm an advocate that if you really want something you should have it with the following considerations:

If you are overall doing the right thing (fitness & exercise)

That you typically don't give in to the urges like this

That you don't allow it to turn into an excuse for effin' up on a regular

That mentally you can handle it, as in not use it as a weapon to beat yourself up

Sometimes it's helpful to make the decision to eat something you shouldn't so you can get your mind off it and move on...

That's a great way to approach it too!
