I am so anxious that I almost want to weight myself everyday but I know that it's not good. How often should I be doing that. Also I don't know how to add friends so if anyone wants to add me they can... thanks and have a great night everyone.

    Pick one day per week. Weigh yourself at the same time every week, wearing similar clothes.

    For example, I weigh in every Friday morning when I wake up. I use the bathroom, strip down, and onto the scale I go. That's my weight for the week. And try not to be anxious! You're doing just fine :)

    I weigh myself every few days. But I only log when I've lost a pound. Weight fluctuates for all sorts of reasons, so I don't see any point in taking it too seriously when the scale bumps up momentarily. I've lost consistently for nine months straight with periodic gains -- no big deal over the long haul.

    And you add friends by clicking on their username, then clicking the "send friend request" button.
