hey everyone!! i found this recipe on bodybuildings website. they're low calorie and SO yummy!!!

in this pic i paired it with 2 pieces of back bacon and strawberries and 0 calorie syrup.

nutrition for entire picture: 355 calories, 40g carbs, 1g fat, 45g protein, 6g fiber

    i used vanilla just like the recipe said. i cant imagine other flavours being bad i just think vanilla compliments the sweet potato. :)
