    Wow.. You look great. And all we need to achieve these results are hard work and specially determination, which yo uhave proven to have.. Good for you.. I joined MFP about a month and a half ago and have lost 8Lbs I'm so motivated to continue on this path and to reach my goal weight. Keep up the good work :smile:
