Impossible to comment without knowing what you do there or plan to do. Can you be more specific?

enough for what? what are you trying to achieve? if it is weight lose you can get there without going to the gym at all since it's more based on your diet than working out. If you are trying to excel at a certain sport or increase general fitness you might wanna share what you are doing and what is that goal you are aiming for. Hope those questions help clarify a bit.

When you get there, you have to do stuff!! Yes it's enough if you exercise in a way which causes you to burn calories. But weight loss happens in the kitchen more than the gym.

You can lose weight with no gym or exercise at all just by eating less. Eventually you will lose muscle tissue with no resistance training though. At a minimum I would recommend 2 days per week of full body compound weight lifting\resistance training, optimally 3 days per week. Cardio is an optional tool for helping to create a calorie deficit.

That's still very vague. But sure, four times is fine, because you're going to lose weight based on your calorie deficit, not how many time you step across your gym's threshold.

Try to envision it as 2 different activities: the diet is for you to lose the weight, the gym is for you to look good during and after your weight loss.

More than enough if you train properly, with focus and intensity.

Are you losing inches/weight? Give it some time and see if you are meeting your goals. If not, adjust accordingly.
