I only have 12 to lose until i'm my goal weight though.

Yes, there is a lot of truth to that. On the bright side, the last few pounds appear to give you the most size reduction, pound for pound.I did when I first started and was brand new to all this. Then I plateaued and have been stuck for 2 months.
I only have 12 to lose until i'm my goal weight though.

If you are close to goal weight then no, not realistic at all. You should be aiming for 0.5 - 1lb per week max.0

Very true the last 12 will be harder than the first fifty... lots of hours in the gym and strict focus on intake... focus on lowering sodium and increase the macro for protein and focus on getting lots of it... Include supplements to help you cut if you are really intent on doing so... Papaya and alfalfa enzymes are apparently good for doing so... Do you really have to lose the other 12 pounds so quickly?

It's summer really soon, i'd like to be at my goal weight, or close to at least.0
