Hiya, 6 dayz in and doing ok so far :D

Options
so I'm 17, from the uk and at college
live with my parents still
been doing this since sunday
doing ok really, not been craving macdonalds at all which is all I lived on a month ago.

got pretty high hopes really, want to loose 100lbs by next year
oh I forgot to say I'm 238 and want to be 133

I eat 5 fruit a day now and do at least 45 min exercise even if it is just fast walking
And then just log all calories etc and try to make healthy options

In the last 6 days for the 1st time in my life I'm enjoying eating fruit,
My bowl of strawberries, mango, cherries, grapes and pineapple was sooo much nicer and tastier and generally made me feel so much better than choccie has recently, and I am a HUGE chocoholic.

I look forward to talking to you all and hearing about how your doing

p.s i grew up on junk and it really did control me, for the first time of my life i don't feel as if junk controls me, I'm deciding when I eat and what now where as before I saw stuff and automatically ate it without thought

i am a chocaholic too..but i noted that as long as u stay away from it, u dont crave it so bad. ..once u start thinking 'just a bite will do' , the impulse is uncontrollable.
Fruit is heavenly. i'm glad u enjoy it.
best of luck and loads of prayers.

My first goal was to be able to see my neck bones, you know at the bottom of your neck joining you chest, and today I can nearly see them yay
