part of the reason i buy low calorie cook books is for low calorie desserts its hard to find those online.
my recommendation for chocolate : http://www.amazon.com/Hersheys-Light-Luscious-Desserts-Publications/dp/0785309926/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1351196000&sr=8-2&keywords=hershey's+light+and+luscious+desserts i love this book. your best bet is ebay if you want it.
otherwise i can go through my cookbooks for you, what are you looking for? fruit sweets? chocolate? ice cream? cookies? i have them all. send me a private message if you want me to take a look.0 -

Low - Fat Apple Pie
1 - 8 or 9 inch pie pan

Spritz of Canola Non stick Spray

Directions:
Pre-heat oven 425 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix sugar substitute (splenda), cinnamon, nutmeg (optional), flour, sliced apples into large bowl and toss together. Pour into pie dish and top with pie crust dough. Cut 4 slits into top of crust. Cover edges of pie pan with foil to prevent edges of crust to burn and bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees F, then continue baking 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove foil around edges last 15 minutes of baking.

Yes, there is NO crust on bottom of pie to reduce calories. If you don’t care about calories, add one pie crust dough at bottom of pan then add filling, top with another pie crust.0 -
I've found that "Diabetic Recipes" are beneficial for reducing calories/fat......perhaps google more of this type0

Very-Blueberry-Muffins
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 egg
1/3 cup milk (I used "So delicious Coconut milk Vanilla")
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease 12 muffin cups, or line with paper liners. Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and powder in a large bowl.
2. Whisk yogurt, egg, milk, vanilla extract and applesauce together in a separate bowl until smooth, and stir the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture until moistened. Lightly stir in the blueberries. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling them 2/3 full.
3. Bake muffins in the preheated oven until they rise and the tops are golden brown, about 20 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin should come out clean.
With the ingredients I used each muffin has 110 calories, 22g carbs, 2g fiber, 1g fat and 3g protein.

thats what I do !
sometimes I would even use soy milk (will need a little more fat) as it is a little lower in calories!0 -
I've found Splenda, artificial sweetener in a box has zero calories and are equal parts to substitute for sugar. Although I don't use these types of sweeteners often....they work for the occasional sweet tooth needs which reduces calories from sugar.....Taste same as sugar to me....however, I don't eat many sweets. Others may disagree.0

in pies/cakes/cupcakes etc sometimes yu will need a fairly huge amount of splenda and your cake will taste a little bitter, so thats when you could substitute only half of the sugar0 -
Pretty much anything at chocolatecoveredkatie.com is gooooood
Also sugar free jelly.0 -
I guarantee you my sweet tooth is worse.. sigh.
Check out Sunsprise grain sweetened chocolate chips.. 2 tbsp is 80 calories with only 2grams of sugar. So it's great for baking and what not. Make cookies, brownies, bread, cup cakes, tarts, etc
I like chocolate almond butter for icing..
There are low calorie chocolate ice cream fudge bars... It's like 80 calories for one bar.. For chocolate bars I eat Clif bars... They're high in sugar, but it's nothing processed and 20g of protein to boot.
There's a lot of options out there. Whether you want to make the desserts yourself or buy em.0 -
i make chocolate porridge (oatmeal) using oats, milk and a scoop of chocolate whey protein powder. Only an extra 100 calories for the powder and just a big gooey chocolate dessert! )0
