Low Carb foods

HELP!
I am having trouble with carbs...they are NOT my friends. I am mostly vegan, but I don't eat a ton of bread products... What are some low carb vegan/vegetarian things that are filling and healthy? Thanks!(:

    We've all been conditioned our entire lives to avoid fats. Embrace then and many of your issues will disappear.

    For a vegan I'd say healthy fats like nuts and cashews, beans and dairy like cottage cheese would be your best friends.

    Personally I just go for a steak :)

    Nut are my friends, but they are high in calories, and I have enough trouble staying under my calories as it is. And they never fill me up! I tried eating garbanzo beans, and they have way more carbs than I thought.

    Nuts, Edamame, Seeds, Tofu, Soybeans, Ghee, Quinoa, Beans in general are low carb, high protein especially when you factor in net carb due to fiber... Olives, and Avocados. Are you sure you are Vegan/Vegetarian?

    Am I sure? Uhm, yes. I have been for 6 years, I am just used to eating pasta and things like that...
