easy oven fries
Ok...upon popular request here is how I do my easy Cajun onion fries. If you don't like spicy just use sea salt.
What you need: Potatoes, Olive Oil Spray, Sea salt or Seasoning - I like Bay Seasoning for seafood, poultry, salads and meats. It is used down south a lot for many things.

I have found that they come out more uniform and bake evenly if cut not into wedges, but into strips - cut the potato into long slices horizontally then into strips vertically...

That is two potatoes, about 4 oz (or 200g)..I spray the pan and the potatoes with extra virgin olive oil. I have a really nifty olive oil sprayer I got for like $10 you can fill with whatever you want, and it sprays out like an aerosol can after you pump the lid on it up and down.
Then I season and shake them about and put into preheated oven @ 425 degrees for 20 or 30 minutes. I usually wait as long as I can until I take them out and devour them because they are that good. LOL.
