I'm another new member.
I am using a mix of meal replacement shakes and counting calories, vita diet at the moment.
I had some success in the past with biggest loser, I lost over 20lbs, but I didn't keep it off. That was all down to me though, not the products or diet. The main thing that works for me is whole foods, low fat,low carb, plenty of protein and walking.... I can't do zumba as my back won't tolerate it yet.
Please keep us updated with how the zumba goes as I would love to do it in the future :O) I hear it is great for your core muscles.
The main thing I have found that works diet wise is make sure you are eating enough!!!!0 -
Hey Denise! I LOVE zumba its a fun easy way of keeping track of your calories burned. I have definitelly noticed results while using Zumba in the past, not to mention it is an AWESOME cardio work out as well as a full body work out. Good luck with your weight loss! :happy:0
