It's going to be a lifelong change and it's one where we will all have days just like you had today. Keep it up girl! You have done a fantastic job and you know the end result of your workouts is worth it!

if it was easy everyone would do it

or....be thankful you can do it. some folks are stuck in wheel chairs and worse.

do you really have it that bad?

Hmmm... I can't relate. It's weird, but for the first time in my life I look FORWARD to working out. I NEVER thought I would say that. I actually go to the gym for fun... it's time for just me, something I haven't had in 21 years.

I agree with this. In maintaining really it's the same game as weight loss it's just you get to eat a little bit more. Nothing is really different. You have to learn to love your workouts. It sounds like you might need to add some variety to your workouts. Keep trying new things until you find something you are passionate about. I would admit, I wouldn't be excited out elliptical, crunches, and russian twists either, especially if I did that too often. I absolutely love my lifting workouts at the gym (every day is different) with my tunes, and running outside and sensing the seasons, weather, earthy smells, fresh air, breeze on my skin, sun on my face, wind in my hair.

I totally get it...we all have bad days...I had a horrible day today too!! Bad day at work...then was looking forward to my 17 mile run to relieve my frustrating day...and my run was very difficult...called it a day at 10 miles, came home, took a shower and crawled in bed for a couple hours!! Oh well... tomorrow is another day...another day to be happy, awesome and grateful that we have the opportunity to be awesome!! :-)

i look forward to working out too...i was just having an off day....you really have NO idea how crazy my life is right now.....i have 4 daughters....my husband is disabled and is no longer able to drive (he actually IS in a wheelchair now) .....most of the house/yard work has fallen to me.....im the sole person to drive the kids and him around to work and from work and from his physical therapy...etc....so excuse me if i have one day where i am just too physically and mentally exhausted to enjoy the workout....that i still do and push through.....
