Ok, that might have gotten y'all's hopes up a little, not the way I meant it! :happy:
I have lost 20lbs now. In two months! Yay!
And not for a moment have a felt deprived or hungry... I wish I'd known then what I know now...

Keeping busy! The more you move, the more you burn, the more you can eat :laugh:
Plus, it's mowing/haying season right now. Throwing hay burns ALOT of calories!
Also, on those days when I don't do much, I try to eat high fiber and high protein foods to keep me full longer.
I wonder too, if alot of it psychological? I'm not denying myself anything that I truly want, and when I'm hungry I eat. Not the 'diet' I was used to!0 -
