Getting Started!

Hello everyone!

I'm 18 years old (f) and 5'1. I wouldn't consider myself overweight, but I am terribly out of shape and I have a little extra flat that could use some toning up.

My main goal is to stop over eating! This is a major problem for me as I find that I enjoy feeling extra full after a meal.. and then regret eating so much.

I don't own a scale so I can't really keep up with the numbers, but my goal would be to get back down to 125.

    Good for you! Welcome to the site, you'll soon get really used to using it and I know you'll find huge help in the support the other MFP'ers offer. Good luck to you!
  • I think the food logging tools available here will really help you to become more aware of what you're eating, and inspire you to be more in control of your intake. And it's fun too! Welcome on board.
