You're talking about the little sticks of cheese that you can pull apart right (I call it string cheese, haha just backwards from you). If so, then yes! I love them. I get the Sargento brand light string cheese or reduced fat colby jack. They are 50-60 cals each and only 1 carb. I have one with lunch 5 days a week.0

Yes. I have a few a week. They're so yummy and if you pull them apart they take a little longer to eat, therefore you can savor the cheesy goodness!0
