In a low carb diet, are cheese strings a good snack for once a day?
Im in need of lunchbox foods!!

You're talking about the little sticks of cheese that you can pull apart right (I call it string cheese, haha just backwards from you). If so, then yes! I love them. I get the Sargento brand light string cheese or reduced fat colby jack. They are 50-60 cals each and only 1 carb. I have one with lunch 5 days a week.

Yes, any of those mini individual cheese sticks or babybels is fine.

Yes. I have a few a week. They're so yummy and if you pull them apart they take a little longer to eat, therefore you can savor the cheesy goodness!

I buy the Weight Watchers ones, they're pretty tasty - 50 cal, 1 carb

Smoked Weight Watcher String Cheese has a great flavor and they are the only ones I buy now and I am not on WW.
