my profile picture saddens me

I really look bad in that picture and it is very recent. i look like that now. It is just so sad to look at yourself and think..... that is not me. but im doing something about it until i see sonething different

    I hear you. I hated having my pic taken because it forced me to see something I did not want to. The best part is we have the choice to change it.

    I know the feeling. I just don't feel as fat as the photos clearly show I am. Every photo is a rude reminder of how far I've let it come.

    That totally happened to me before I started losing weight. What I saw in the pictures did not match what I saw in the mirror. I used to blame bad angles and weird lighting for how I looked in photos... Now I know better than to rely on my mirror for confirmation. Even now that I'm thinner, my mirror still refuses to be straightforward with me.
