I do once a week. Tried 3 times a week, takes to much time and energy. Tried 2 times, doesn't take that much energy but pretty much time. So I went to 1 time a week and it's been doing great for me. Getting some good gains and does not consume so much time. Also, I personally recover very slowly so 1 time a week is all I need. 5 days past and I still feel sore so...
Only abs I hit twice tho...0 -
Stronglifts 3x week
30-50 minutes of cardio 1 or 2 times per week0 -
5 days / week - Arm day, back day, shoulder day, chest day, and leg day and usually do cardio 4-6 times a week0

Your recovery time is long because you train only once a week. If you train 3-4 times a week consistently, your recovery time would be shorter0 -
I'd hit that every... (I think most of the clever openers were already used up)
depending on my splits during the week, one or two body parts might get 2x's... mostly just 1x/week0 -

It used to take me long to recover too, but I think much better now that I do 2x a week.
5 days to recover sounds alittle long to me0 -

Cardio...whenever i can fit it in but usually on sat. sun and monday0 -
2 times for legs, 1 for everything else unless i have already done everything else for the week-then i go to the beginning of the list again. this is because i am focusing on burning some fat and doing legs gets it done!0
