How many calories are in 1/2 cup of mashed cauliflower?

    I'd take a guess and enter 1 cup of cooked cauliflower. It will only be an estimate but the cals are pretty low, so it should be near enough.
    If you want to be really accurate, weigh it.

    Depends on whats added to it. If nothing added than only about 30 cals.

    I saw it here that 2 cups equals about 56, so a half cup would be about 14 calories
