Yep. I'll be dressing as Waldo for Halloween, which means the goatee will get shaved off. So...since I'll be clean shaven anyway....
I think I'm going to go with the whole Grizzly Adams look, tho. Then figure something out at the end of the month.0 -

I always do MOvember too. Unfortunately I don't grow a killer stache but I still do it0

I think all the dudes should. Prostate cancer is way underrepresented in the mainstream, IMO. Why does the NFL sport the pink breast cancer stuff, but nothing for prostate cancer which, realistically, is more relevant for their audience?0

My guy is considering doing it again. Honestly, I think mustaches are gross and I hate the way it looks on him in particular. He doesn't enjoy having a 'stache and really, he does it because his friends do it. But I support the cause and I've always sponsored him.0

I will proudly be sporting a moustache along with my Movember brothers! We have a group of guys at my work doing it! There are five of us so far but we are still recruiting!0

I completely agree!! Plus it would be hilarious to see every player in the NFL sporting a killer moustache for the entire month!! That's a great idea!0 -
My husband is doing it. He shaved off his mustache 2 days ago because he had a runny nose. He realizes he looks 10 years younger without it.0

Usually the guys in the NHL do this. But alas... there is a lockout currently. I hope hockey will be back in Movember!0

I don't think they represent very well. I didn't know what it was all about until I read this thread. But, I've heard a bit about it the past year or so. I got an email inviting me to do it with a group of guys, but I had no idea what the point of it was. They need to discuss more why they are doing it.
I wonder if people doing it even know what it's for. In the eamil I got, they talked about celebrating their manly-ness. So, I dont' know if it's clear to everyone what it's about...that is, if prostate cancer is what is about. i still don't really know.0 -

Agreed. Most of the guys I know do it because they think it's cool to grow a mustache, it would be awesome of more men who participate would have some information about prostate/testicular cancer when they're talking to other people about it0 -
<<< last years Mo Vember mo...0

I would, but I'm not shaving the stache that's already out there. I will, however, sign up as an advocate of the cause.0

Would do it but I can't grow a full mustache because of a wide scar above my lip.0

This is what I've been growing for months now. Not shaving it. Yes, it's part of my costume.0
