50 lbs lost milestone!

I've been overweight since the third grade. You could see the easy difference between my second and third grade pictures, how I just blew up like a balloon. I never got taller and thinned out, like I've seen happen to others around me. I just continued to gain more and more weight. Well, a recent discussion with someone close to me led me to making the difficult decision to stay dedicated to losing weight. So with simply eating less and exercising more, I've been able to accomplish so much so far! I started in the middle on June, and I'm down 50 lbs so far! Though my total goal as of right now is 125 lbs, and I'm still 10 lbs away from the half-way mark, I just had to share my excitement because I never thought I'd ever be able to lose this much weight.
I haven't been able to see much of a difference in the mirror myself, but I can see it in pictures. Curves are showing and my face is starting to look less pudgy. All of my jeans are too big, and I have to hold them together this button pins you can buy to make your jeans bigger or smaller. The only pairs that aren't too big are jeans that wouldn't get close to buttoning before. And all of my shirts are either looking better on me, or they're just way too baggy. An XL shirt finally fits right on me, and at the rate I'm going, I'm pretty sure my pants size either is, or will be out of the 20s here soon!
I'm not completely comfortable with sharing the before pic of my body, but who really is? At the same time, I realize that my body is completely different now, and I should show my progress!

Somewhere my lowest and current of 235 lbs:

congratulations on the weight loss! You were a beautiful woman when you started and you are still beautiful. When I lost weight he first time, my body shape stayed the same. If it weren't for my cloths being smaller and my face being thinner I wouldn't have known. So don't let that get you down and keep going forward.
good luck!0
