    i have not seen one, but this is the first time i've looked for one. are you on lad? i did it for 6 weeks, and i am going back on it in about 2 weeks to lose the last bit of weight i want gone. i love amino!

    The Amino Diet tells people to eat only 1,000 calories a day for weeks. So I would not consider it to be safe.
