American Doll Store?

What can you tell me about the American Doll Store? What is an average price for an American Doll and outfit?

I was looking on their website and it does not look that bad... $36 for an American Doll that is dressed?

I'm thinking I would love to take my niece there for her birthday?

    Years ago, I bought my daughter an American Doll. They were about $90 back then. The babies are less. And they also have smaller sized dolls to the 18" ones. I have not been to the store, though. I purchased them through the catalog. You can look online to see what's available. I love all that stuff. I even sewed dresses for my daughter and matching dresses for the doll. Nuts.

    The American Girl Dolls are usually starting around $100 and they come with 1 outfit. There are tons of accessories as well. I have heard the store is a lot of fun though I've never been.
