    You look great, girl! Congrats! This has been a tough week for me as the scales didn't budge but as they say, that isn't the only or even best indicator. My clothes are looser so I intend to stick with it. Thanks for the encouraging words. I am thrilled for you. I have thirty pounds to go and sometimes it already feels as though I have been on this journey forever! In actuality, only since April. We can all do it. It's just like you said: It's about mind set. :happy:

    well done, be proud of yourself , my wieght gain was due to medicine for asthma, off the medicine now but still trying to lose all the extra stones. well done:smile:
