Fresh Spinach Salad

1 Bag Fresh Leaf Spinach,,,,washed and shake to dry,,,Place in mixing bowl to rest
2 lb Fresh strawberries,,, wash and cut into chunks ,, add to spinach in the mixing bowl,, toss together
1/2 cup slivered almonds,, place in mixing bowl and toss together
Raspberry Vinegarette toss over salad to coat,,,

Place in air tight container,,put in refrigerator to chill at least 2 hours

Serve as a side dish with a main meal,, or serve as the main dish


This is great,,,I have not posted the caloric count on this particular salad,,but it is a wonderful salad,,I hope you all like it

    i had this exact salad yesterday! well, maybe not exact, i added shredded parmesan cheese to mine. it *is* good. :)

  • a definite must try but I am going to add some grilled chicken and put in walnut pieces instead of almonds. Kens steakhouse- healthy options makes a real good raspberry walnut vinaigrette.
  • need to get some strawberries now - this sounds really good!

  • Thanks for this recipe. I made it for the first time & loved it! Threw in some apple chunks too as I didn't have enough strawberries.
