ok so i'm still in the beginning of my journey and still have a long way to go, but my question is do you HAVE to lift weights to get your body down to size? i'm 242 and looking to get to about 130. can cardio be enough or do i have to lift weights? i don't have access to weights or a gym right now and the only thing i have at my house are canned foods lol

Lifting provides a benefit, but you can get skinny without it. Weight loss is primarily a function of diet.0
