Well I'm down to 88kg after the loss of 13kg, another 11kg to reach my target. Hard to believe in a few weeks time I could be in single digits in the required weight loss required. I have now joined a gym for some toning and strengthening work. My weight loss has been lifestyle change and exercise, what I am really concerned about is getting to my target and moving into maintenance mode. I believe only 5% of people keep their weight off, which is alarming.:bigsmile:
