I have Flabby Flip Flop Keep-On-Waving Arms! Help!

Ok...i work out and do strength training...but I have always had larger arms! Like I see the rest of my body shrinking BUT my arme need to seriously catch up!! Any way I can super-charge my arm workout??

And Ideas would be appreciated! :ohwell:

    Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce certain areas. Keep working on arm strength to help build muscle there and tone...you should see a favorable difference there once the toning comes in...but as far as fat burn...you'll have to wait until you body decides to burn from your arms.

    I'd much rather have fat stores in my arms then in my belly...so maybe you should look on the positives of it. :)

    Either way, once you cut down BF, you'll lose fat from everywhere.

  • Tricep dips are good... there are variations of them and they work nicely. Not sure what you are doing now, so hard to offer up an expansion for ya. :)

  • I would focus on CARDIO to lose that more than strength training exercises in my opinion.
