So yesterday my husband mentioned that he found a shocking photo of me from the summer. He showed me and we were both horrified. I didn't realise just how big I was.
I've lost 2 stone altogether and have another 20lbs or so to go... most of this was done by september time as I've been just maintaining for about a month now due to my crazy schedule. This photo has given me the motivation needed to get back into it.
(now let's just hope I have put the photo in properly!)
