Oh that is an easy one! I use to do3-5 mins of jacks. It'll make you sore.

Hi I'm new to MFP, saw the challenge and would like to join. I have knee problems so if it is okay I will join and do a modified jumping jack. I will do my arms the normal way and do heel taps for the jumping parts. Hope this is okay.0
