Nutritious ideas for what to put on toast...

I eat two slices of toasted whole grain sugar free bread every morning. I have been using a reduced sugar jelly sparingly. I am looking for something that would be more nutritious and cut out the sugar entirely. I have been researching truvia and see some issues with that type of sweetener. I do not like honey. Any ideas?

Any kind of pure nut butters - i.e. almond butter, cashew butter, etc. They make a nice change from peanut butter. Also, pumpkin seed butter. As long as you get them from a health food store, and read the ingredients, you should be able to find them easily with no added sugars.0
