Hi! I just started MFP and looking to lose 100+ pounds and could use some encouragement. I am 20 years old 6 ft tall so if you're in the same boat and can use some encouragement and a friend message me and add me! Lets do this together

    Hey!
    My name is Lilian, I just signed up as well. Add me and we can help each other. I'm looking to lose about 50 lbs. or so. I'm 27 years old, 5'7 tall. They did say dieting with a fried you are 3x more to lose weight. Let's male this happen.
