Hi guys! I was just wondering- how many ounces in a normal glass and how many grams in a regular bowl?

    not sure about bowl but a normal glass holds 8-16 ounces

    All of my 'regular' bowls will hold between 1 cup and 1.5 cups (if filled almost to the top). There's about 8.5oz in a cup (the measurement not the thing you drink out of).

    There are 8 ounces in a cup. Not 8.5.
    And there is no set number of grams in a "bowl". A bowl is not a measurement. You need to weigh whatever you are eating and compare the weight to the package serving size.
