Hi everybody!! soo i have a few questions...I am lifting weights 3-4 days a week and cardio for 60 mins 2-3 days a week and the scale is moving at a snails pace or not at all :( I'm wondering if I could be doing more or maybe I'm not doing enough...
Here are my stats.

Also make sure your eating well balanced meals, consuming all of your normal daily calories, drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water, & not skimping on any of those things. 1 to 2 pounds of weight loss a week is normal. Oh & watch your sodium intake & cut the carbonated drinks.

I think that you need to increase your caloric and protein intake. Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
