    I feel ya! I was all happy because I thought I got a break with Cardio Recovery today. I can't sit anywhere without remembering that I don't feel recovered at. ALL!! I fear squats and pulsing!

    I'm on Day 12 and my calves have never been sore - now I feel like I'm doing it wrong! My hips get really sore though and I can feel that my legs are just generally tired when I go up and down the stairs. Maybe when it gets harder next month I'll start to get calf soreness too...

    i've worked out with Shaun in real life, and let me tell you - there is NO airbrushing or special lighting going on with those abs. they're the real deal. haha

    the only thing crazier than doing Insanity at home, is doing it WITH Shaun while he's ACTUALLY yelling in your face. Whole new ballgame. love that guy.

    I am almost done with my 2nd week! I feel like somedays it doesn't get any easier :( but I am still pulling through and noticing how loose my pants are becoming ;)

    This thread is awesome! I couldn't quote all the funnies but you guys are so funny! I agree with most of this stuff. I'm on the first week of insanity and omg I may not live through it. The man is crazy. The whole time I'm thinking, "I'm thirsty, I'm thirsty, I might die, how's my form, omg, my jumps suck, my legs hurt, I think I might vomit, I better get some abs out of this, is my 30 seconds over already??"

    Aww I know what u all mean. My calves burn like hell, and I'm usually laying dying on the floor. But know when he's screaming 'u got this' I find myself shouting 'I got it, I can do it!' haha.

    first week doing Asylum AND running, today my calves are fried!
    (Done asylum last year, and I dont remember my calves being that sore)

    Finished my first round of insanity 2 weeks ago... I could hardly walk the first few days and trust me it gets better. I actually started looking forward to my daily workout...

    Actually, I think the Insanity workout is too short. So I usually do some lifting or running afterwards!
