Since your feet are in the same position with the same amount of weigh on them for a prolonged period of time it might be just that they're not getting enough circulation. I do elliptical too and my feet sometimes get tingly too, but not just one, both0

ok glad to know im not alone lol
also this is probably a stupid question but when you run on an eliptical do you keep your feet flat or run more on your toes? not sure the correct stance...0 -
One thing I found to help with the tingling when on eliptical is to loosen my shoestrings at the top (nearest my toes). Gives your toes a little room to move around and helps with the lack of circulation the other post mentioned.0

It helps to wear cross trainers instead of running shoes. A store that specializes in shoes for fitness activities can do a fitting for you. That should really help.0

For me, it varies. If I'm going at it hard then I'm more on my toes, to get in more front leg strength to pump the pistons faster.
If I'm doing a warm-up, or casually, then I'm flat on my feet using more of my core to pump the pistons.0 -
A lot of people get numbness and tingling in their feet on an elliptical because you aren't moving your feet so blood starts to pool. Lifting your feet off occasionally (like actually taking a running step) or even just stepping off every 10 minutes can help. Also consider how you have your shoes tied or if they are too tight. There's a major vein that runs right across the top of your foot and it your shoe is tight it cuts off that blood flow. Google how to tie a shoe for running for ideas of different lacing that may help.0

Mine does the same thing. You probably aren't getting enough blood circulation to your toes. I found this website for different ways to lace your shoes. http://katierunsthis.com/?s=lacing+shoes. I have wide feet, and since I changed my laces this way, my feet have felt SO much better when I work out. I also have found that if I curl and uncurl my toes often while doing the elliptical, it helps tremendously.0

I only really used to get this when I lifted my heels while pedalling. Now I keep my toes and heels firmly down I have no issues.0
