I've now lost 21 lbs and weigh in around 117/118 (I'm 5'2) but still have quite a bit of a belly. What worked for you to get rid of that stubborn pudge?!

I've just done my first lot of 30 days shred and I can see a noticable difference on my belly! I had a csection so quite a bit round that area but I can definitely see an improvement. I'm going to move on to ripped in 30 then 6 week 6 pack to keep targeting that area.
I'm a similar height and would love to get down to your weight. Well done on the weight loss!0 -
I have the same problem. I have actually posted a similar question on here before & I was just kind of told to "keep exercising & hope for the best."
My family has big-bellies in our genes, so idk how likely it is that I will get rid of it, but I'd love to hear success stories of others!
(I'm 5'1" btw.)0
