Hi there, I was wondering what you favorite work out songs are. I have been listening to the same songs for quite a while and I think it is time to listen to new ones!

Any suggested song?

I have a solid collection of 160-170bpm running songs, or are you looking for lifting songs?

It always depends on my mood. Whether or not I'm angry. Happy. Even what I'm doing. I have a different mix for running than I do for just doing the machines and stuff. I think you have to keep it fresh or you get bored!

I found a great website that gives music in BPMs so you can choose a big list. It's jog.fm.

You can do a search on a song with the right tempo and it will give you tons more. It's been a godsend!

All depends... I must say I'M NOT listening to this kind of music other than when I train but...
I like old dance songs or songs with lots of beats....mix of techno etc... Motivated me!
