weekends are hard!!

i find it hard to make it through the weekend without going over my goals,especially since i like to unwind and have some drinks over the weekend! do i need to quit drinking to lose the weight?

    usually it's easy for me to monitor what i eat every weekend. although i spent it with family or friends i'll just remind them that weekends are my rest days. when at home, i cooked foods reach in protein. no rice or bread.

    I agree! Weekends can be hard. I think its because not everyone stays on the schedule they do during the work week. I have been staying away from alcohol for the most part and have found that I am truly losing more weight by doing that. I know everyone is different though...this is just my experience. I've lost 35 pounds in 12 weeks. I've had a few drinks but honestly the times I have had drinks, the next day I have leg cramps. I am not sure what that's all about though. lol Maybe age or something. ;)
