NSV bodyfat percentage.

I have been back on MFP for 75 days. I have logged in every day and logged everything I eat. I have also been doing 30DS for the last 4 weeks. I do it 5 times a week and try to rest during the weekend because I cant exercise during that time. I started MFP at 40% body fat and as of today I have a 36.65& body fat. My goal is to get under 25% body fat and below 200 pounds on my journey. I am finding that clothes I could not even get over my thighs, now fit and it feels good. I started out at a size 22/24 and now am somewhere between a size 20 and 18. I would love to be able to fit into a size 10/12 someday.

    You're awesome for tracking body fat percentage and not just scale weight like so many people on here. Nice job thus far and congratulations on your victory and can't wait to see others in the future :smile:
