off to a rocky start

Hello,

My name is Tyler, and this is my second day using fitness pal. My goal is to lose 15 lbs. and just live a healthier lifestyle overall.

I must say fitness pal is very helpful but temptations are starting to creep up on me..Instead of going for the candy bar though, I logged onto here!

    Hi Tyler.

    You are off to a good start. Once you get into the groove, it will be easier. I have always hated logging my food, but I love doing it with this program! Good Luck

    Good job girl! If you look at your cals remaining before eating, you'll think twice. :-)

  • you sound like me, this is my third day and i seem to keep eating all my calories by lunch time, i just cant seem to stay away from the sweets... its very frustrating, i just want to learn to eat in moderation and live healthier/happier...... good luck to you! sounds like your on the right track
