It feels so good!! Setting small goals at first and then gradually making bigger goals once you start achieving smaller ones is the key. Set goals, work hard, and succeed. If you fall, just get yourself to stand back up and never quit. Pain is only temporary. Quitting lasts forever. Don't let yourself down. You have the potential to do whatever you want as long as you believe you can!

    I've done regular 5ks before, but this was my first mud run experience. It was a lot of fun to get down and dirty. Haha it feels amazing just to finish (:

    My daughter and I ran a mud run last month, we wore old shoes and then she managed to get hers clean, I just trashed mine :o) I wouldn't recommend wearing shoes that you wanted to keep! We saw a lot of shoes that were abandoned along the pathway :o)
