I have been back on MFP for 75 days. I have logged in every day and logged everything I eat. I have also been doing 30DS for the last 4 weeks. I do it 5 times a week and try to rest during the weekend because I cant exercise during that time. I started MFP at 40% body fat and as of today I have a 36.65& body fat. My goal is to get under 25% body fat and below 200 pounds on my journey. I am finding that clothes I could not even get over my thighs, now fit and it feels good. I started out at a size 22/24 and now am somewhere between a size 20 and 18. I would love to be able to fit into a size 10/12 someday.

Congrats!!! What a huge accomplishment!!! 75 days is a great record, get past 90 and it will start feeling more and more like second nature! 3 months is a good habit :) You got this!

I know how you feel there, thats the really important stat. I also went from 40% and now im sitting at 35.8%.

I also plot my weekly body fat and weight movement on an excel graph. I've added the zones 'obese, overweight' etc so i can see when im moving out of one zone and into the other and its a great motivator! (i'm 25lbs until i reach the overweight zone but a whopping 10.8% until i reach 'overfat' instead of obese).

Its moving in the right direction though. I reckon after a full yeat i'll be there!
