    Thanks to all who have said hello and their words of encouragement.

    I have signed up for a Spartans Race in Edinburgh, Scotland on 15th September 2013. It may seem a long way off but starting this journey at 292lbs I need all the time I can get.

    My new aim is to finish this race, I don't care about the clock I just want to get over the finish line!!
