does anyone know how to break down a recipe into servings... is there a website or a formula on how to portion out a homemade recipe.. add all ingredients and fats and fiber then divide it how.... I just don't know

you can come up with your own serving size. if you make chili, then use, say, 1 cup. if you make pizza, then, say, 1slice = .125 of the whole pizza, etc....0

Check out this post. What you can do is add each individual ingredient into your food diary and then when you are done you save it in your "My Meal" section. Then you can have it for the next time you make it. For example when I make Chili, I add in each can of beans and tomato sauce etc. in my dinner section. Then when you enter each item you save it as a meal then delete it from your dinner and add the meal and whatever portion of it you ate. So if you make a pie and you enter each item and you eat 1/8 of it you enter the meal and 0.12 as your serving size. Thats how I do it anyway.
