Hi, I'm 5'6 and I started at 252 in June 2012 and am now 201, I'd like to be around 180 for my birthday on February 25th 2013 and then reach my goal of 150 in June 2013 (exactly a year after I started). Weight loss has slowed the past month and is incredibly frustrating as my routine hasn't changed, so I'm planning to mix up my calories and exercise to help break through this.

Not sure what bone size I would be, probably medium to large, I've always been pretty strong :-)

I know, it's crazy! This is why I really don't like the scale as a measurement of our progress. Most people would think 160 is overweight, but I can fit some smalls for goodness' sake! I constantly rethink that goal weight.

    MUSCLE FTW!!!

Do not understand what is so funny. The site has photos of women of different weights, heights and sizes. It is important to know that the same weight looks different on a variety of different sizes

It's women uploading their own pictures and the "body type" concept is still on there; it's just not a super accurate site. There are still people on there that fudge their heights and weights, and there's still people on there that think their 3 inch difference between waist and hips is an hourglass, or their huge breasts make them a ruler/banana.

The concept of the site's great; it would be great to constantly see how different heights and shapes carry weight to give oneself a little perspective ("Oh wow, she's my weight but I carry weight more in my boobs!" or "Wow, she looks so thin but her weight says heavier... must be the muscle!"). The execution just doesn't work because there's too many women still unable to put up accurate assessments of themselves. It's all the, "Learning to love my body!" mantras... but then so many women clearly do not accept their body, either height, weight, or shape, if they're unable to honestly assess it.

Edit: Not to mention, this site is known for "thinspiration" issues, and says, "We urge you to seek help if you have an ED!" but prevents any censoring of clearly unhealthy bodies. By that note, unhealthy could mean overweight, right? Or you can't ALWAYS tell what someone's story is for having such an underweight BMI, right?

Oops. Looks like we've stumbled upon further problems... even though there ARE definite signs of EDs on that site.
