Back at it...looking for support and motivation...

Last year, I did MFP consistently for 4 months and lost 30+ pounds…and then I slipped back into my old habits and the weight slowly crept back on…I’m re-dedicating myself to a lifestyle change for myself and my daughter…no one can do it for me…time to do me…and I GOT THIS!

Looking for some inspirational friends to help motivate me on my journey....

    I am sort of in the same boat! I am a mommy to 2 great kids. I logged and lost just shy of 30 pounds. Than summer hit and I slacked. Luckily I'd learned some tricks and only gained back a few of the pounds that I had lost.
    So I'm back at it hoping to lose the last 5-10 pounds that I want to lose.
    I love providing and getting great feedback! :)

    I love your attitude, especially the part about being a role model for your daughter. You can totally do this, one meal and one
