NSV for This Past Weekend

This past weekend I ran my first 5KM race in over twenty years. I reached my goal of not finishing last and ran almost the entire race. I ended up walking for 1:30 Minutes the entire race.

  Try replacing the IMG with img! That should get your photos to work!

  I'm thinking change the "IMG" to lower case...then we can see it...someone can correct me if I'm wrong!! But congratulations, that is great!!!

  GREAT NSV!!! I can't wait to get to that point for myself. Right now, though, I'm just trying to work up to running more than just a few steps and nearly passing out. :laugh:
