Lost 5 pounds before starting my fitness pal, and now I've lost 91 total. SOOO excited to reach my goal weight.
It's taken me about 8 months so far.

    I don't really have any special secrets though.
    Just been counting calories with my fitness pal, and I work out about 4 times a week now.
    The arc trainer is now my best friend! I do it for about an hour or so 4 days a week.

    Congratulations. You look great. You are a beautiful young lady. You must have worked you tail off (literally) to do this in 8 months. That is an inspiration to someone like me who is just starting!!
