I have decided it is evil. I went for a walk today...not even very fast for 30 min. I am plumb wore out. Granted, I go to school, work and raise kids too...but adding walking shouldn't wear me out that much.

If you keep up with it, over time it will wear you out less, even re-energize you. I find that now when I run or workout, I get so much more energy afterwards.0

In time it will become at lot easier to you. I started out over a month ago a mile walk and I was so tired from it and now I'm doing 3 miles with nothing to it. This will happen to you too. Just stay with it. I wish you luck on your journey...:)0

You'll be amazed how quickly the same exercise will become easier and less tiring. Keep at it!0
